Is Haus on 15 freehold?
Yes. The land is freehold. The homes are serviced apartments on commercial-titled land, sold under the Housing Development Act. Residential electricity and water rates can be applied for, subject to TNB and Air Selangor approval.
What is the student residence?
Block C is Taylor's student accommodation. It is not for sale and has its own access and facilities; there is no access between it and the two residential towers.
How many car parks come with a home?
Types A and B come with one bay. Types D and E have two or more, depending on the unit. Bays are allocated before sale and cannot be bought later; the allocation for each home, including Type C, is confirmed in the sale documents.
Can I see a show unit?
Yes. There is a Type D show unit. Ask us and we will arrange a time.
When will it be completed?
The developer has given more than one estimate, so this guide does not quote one. The delivery date that binds the developer is the one in the sale and purchase agreement. Ask us for the current position.
What is the maintenance fee?
Estimated at RM0.44 per sq ft, including the sinking fund. The final charge follows the share units allocated under the Strata Management Act 2013.
What layouts are there?
Five, from 690 to 980 sq ft. Type A has two bedrooms; Types B, C, D and E have three. Types B and D are dual key, Type E is triple key, and Type D is the show unit. See the homes.
What does dual key mean?
Behind one shared entrance, the home divides into a main home and a private suite with its own door and bathroom. Triple key adds a second suite.
Which way do the homes face?
Tower A faces north-east and south-west; Tower B faces north-east, east and west. Unit numbers for each side are on the homes page, and are confirmed against the sale documents.
Is there a unit numbered 04?
No. In the developer's numbering, 03A takes the place of 04.
What is on Level 7?
The facilities floor: pools, gardens, a gym of about 3,000 sq ft, a yoga and dance room, a hall for about ninety, a co-working room and more. A badminton and pickleball court is on Level 5. See Level 7.
How far is the LRT?
LRT SS15, on the Kelana Jaya Line, is about 600 m west of the site in a straight line. See the location.
Are there Bumiputera quota units?
Any Bumiputera allocation follows Selangor state policy and is stated in the developer's sale documents. Ask us and we will confirm the position for the homes you are interested in.
Where exactly is Haus on 15?
On Jalan SS15/8, 47500 Subang Jaya, next to INTI International College Subang and Sri Kuala Lumpur School, on the grounds of the former Taylor's College campus. See the location.
